Chairman, CEO

Norman Bonchick was appointed Chairman and CEO of 375 Park Avenue Spirits in 2004 and has been on the road or in the air ever since. His tireless dedication to supplier partners keeps him traveling from market to market 140-plus days a year.

“We need to be in front of our distributor partners as well as working in their markets so we can understand their challenges and form stronger constructive relationships.”

The 40-year industry veteran first entered the spirits world as the Assistant Division Manager at Joseph E. Seagram before becoming the President of South Shore Liquors in Chicago. He later joined National Distributing Company in South Florida as the Managing Director until he was elected Chairman and CEO of 375 Park Avenue Spirits.

Norman received a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami. And enjoys spending all of his down time with his family as well as serving as the Chairman of United Cerebral Palsy of South Florida.

President, COO

In 2017 Jason Schladenhauffen was appointed President and COO of 375 Park Avenue Spirits.  He is responsible for managing the company’s ascending portfolio of brands with a focus on delivering value and volume growth in a sustainable fashion that helps ensure long-term brand health and share gains.

 A 16-year veteran of the industry, Jason got his start in the business working on the VIP/Gallo wine side of Romano Brothers in Chicago.  After roles as a Sales Representative and District Manager, Jason made the jump to Bacardi USA where he spent over a decade in numerous roles around the country building successful sales teams, establishing key customer relationships and delivering profitable growth.  His initial responsibilities in Illinois included building independent and chain partnerships while working collaboratively with the distributor to meet various business objectives.  He was then transferred to Oregon where he served as the State Manager for Oregon and Wyoming before transitioning to Off Premise Region Manager and Regional Director positions back in Illinois.  A move to Dallas led to roles as the Regional Director for the states of Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma before finally transitioning into Bacardi’s Director of Off Premise National Accounts. 

On his new role at 375 Park Avenue Spirits, Jason explained, “Having played sports all my life and at a high level during my college football days, I’m a staunch believer that a high performing team can accomplish incredible things when willing to work together and operate as one unit – I bring that philosophy to my new role as President and COO at 375 Park Avenue Spirits.” 

 Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Loras College in Dubuque, IA and currently lives in Dallas with his family.

Evan Cohen
National Sales Manager

Evan Cohen joined 375 Park Avenue Spirits in 2017 as the National Sales Manager.  In this role, he is responsible for managing business operations across the US, which includes overseeing the field sales team and all commercial activities in market while ensuring the portfolio continues to attract consumer loyalty across on- and off-premise segments.

Cohen comes to 375 Park Avenue Spirits with significant experience in beverage sales and marketing having spent the last 17 years working for MillerCoors on both sides of the business in various senior roles. Most recently, he was a Regional Director of Sales for Tenth and Blake, the craft and import development arm of MillerCoors where he oversaw the sales and brand development team for the Southeast region. Prior to that position, Cohen worked extensively in marketing and brand management for MillerCoors in various divisions where he was responsible for overseeing the positioning, strategy, activation and marketing for brands, as well as ensuring brand teams and distributor partners met brand goals. Cohen spent four years in the advertising industry working with wine, spirit and beer brands before making the jump into marketing, brand management and sales.

Cohen graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.  He currently resides in the Atlanta, GA area with his family.

Amy Mironov
Director of Public Relations

Based in the New York metro area, Amy Mironov is an accomplished communications executive with more than twenty years in the industry. She began managing the 375 Park Avenue Spirits portfolio in 2008 and is responsible for directing communications and media relations for the company.

Previously, she served as Vice President at Talbert Communications where she developed and executed public relations programs for Riedel Crystal, illycaffè, Marchesi Antinori, Champagne Pommery, Les Vins Georges Duboeuf, Jackson Family Wines, Belvedere Vodka, Plymouth Gin, GranGala Triple Orange Liqueur, and others. Earlier in her career, Amy worked in the public relations department with wine importer, Frederick Wildman and Sons, and before that at New Jersey’s largest distributor, the Allied Beverage Group. She got her first taste of the wine and spirits industry when she began helping out at her family’s wine & spirit shops while still in high school.

Amy graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology, State University of New York with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.
