We know that your privacy is important to you, and you are important to us, so we take your privacy seriously.

Basic Principles

We don’t collect any more data than is strictly necessary.
If we do collect personal information, it will be strictly “opt-in”.
We don’t share your personal information unless it is strictly necessary.
Anyone that we have to share information with will still be subject to this policy.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, we collect non-personal information, such as operating system, browser, language prefrence, referring site, time of visits, screen resolution, and other such information that browsers and servers give. We only look at this data in aggregate form, so that we can see how people are using our site. We may release this aggregated information for reporting, marketing, and any time we feel like talking about our website.

We also collect Internet protocol (IP) addresses (which can potentially be personally identifiable) for commenters so that we can keep discussion civil, and keep spam off of our site. Website administrators can see these addresses, but we won’t share this information with anyone except when required by law.

Cookies

A cookie is a string of text that websites can use to store information on your computer. They can be used to track sessions, and to track users. We use them on our site, so if you do not wish to have cookies from us to be placed on your computer, you should set your browser to block cookies before visiting our site.

Gathering Personally Identifiable Information

For certain contests, promotions, and events, we may collect personally identifiable information, which will be used for the context in which it is gathered. Any time that we do this data collection, you will know up-front, and will require you to opt-in. Once we have collected this data, we may share it with certain third-parties who are assisting us with the contest, promotion, or event, or to those required by law.

Opting Out

If you have chosen to give us some of your personal information in the past, and would like it removed, we will do so in a timely fashion. For email marketing campaigns, we will include a link to be removed from our contact list. For any other method, you can contact us at info@375park.com, and we will comply with your request.

Privacy Policy Changes

From time to time, we may change this privacy policy. Don’t worry, they will likely just be corrections, and additional information. We encourage you to check this page every now and then, as we could change it at any time. We’ll take your continued use of our site as accepting of the terms laid out in this Privacy Policy, and the changes that we make.
